So, there are 5 models – what’s the difference so I can choose one which suits me?
Manual recline is just that. The chair is operated by a recessed handle set on the outside of the right arm when seated and a certain amount of, but not excessive, strength is needed to operate it.
Tilt in space. Equipped with two motors so the backs and seats work independently of each other allowing you to recline the back only or just raise the footrest. The tilt in space recliners also raises you to your feet and can be supplied with standard or low height seats. The tilt in space models maintain the angle between the seat and back providing a super supportive and deep seat with no “shuffling” forward needed when in the standing up position.
Rise & recline. Available in two seat heights with the back and footrest working independently so you can sit with back upright or just raise your feet. Both models of course raise you to your feet.
For safety… in the event of power failure, all powered models have a battery back up to bring the chair into the upright position. All models are supplied with a full instruction and care manual.
Peace of mind… 5 Year Mechanism/Frame Warranty – we offer you a comprehensive 5 year warranty on our powered chair mechanisms, frames, electric motors, electric handsets, electric control boxes & transformers provided the chair has been used in the correct manner.
And, don’t forget… we carefully manufacture all these models here in our UK factory which proudly holds ISO9001 quality standard.
